Starbucks Coffee Company

I work down the street at Mercy hospital, so I come here often before my shift. I wanted to say the baristas here are the best! The drinks are always timely and made well, even when they are super busy. Whoever added sig codes to my drink today, I wanted to say thank you. I was having a rough past few days and this addition made me smile :) They definitely deserve a raise for creativity!

Every time I come to this location to pick up a delivery order, they are rude to me. I’ve gone straight to mobile pickup multiple times because that’s where you’re meant to pick up delivery orders, however they keep them behind the counter. That would be fine if there were someone on that end of the counter to acknowledge delivery drivers and get the orders for them. But there’s not, and when I went more towards the front to ask one of those people for my order I was met with attitude and told “actually you need to get it from the end.” Like what am I meant to do here??

This is the best Starbucks in the area! The people who work there are always so friendly and my drinks order is always correct. The inside area is very cozy too, perfect for a date or coffee with friends. I got a grande peppermint mocha crème Frappuccino, almond milk, no whip. This is the only location so far that hasn’t forgotten the chocolate curls on top, so props to them!

This Starbucks was very clean, and the service was wonderful. Everyone seemed very happy to be there. My mango dragon fruit refresher was delicious.😋
